Mike Garza sent a certified letter concerning a headwall that has failed on the north side. I also asked
him to revisit the site and check for drainage issues in the creek and send a letter on that.
I will hire a surveyor to prepare a legal description so we can transfer the ownership of the hard surface
to the city.

Do we know anything more about the city taking official ownership of the drainage area and/or the
Mansions agreeing to do downstream drainage work and repairs to dead or gone landscaping? I need
to know something quickly. Thanks.
