The city has worked with the HOA on taking over the concrete portion of a channel that is south of Westminister Way and east of
Coppell Road (see attached PDF). I need a metes and bounds description with an exhibit so we can prepare the legal documents to
take over the concrete part of the channel.
You can email me an agreement for services and I will get it signed and returned to you.
