The city has worked with the HOA on taking over the concrete portion of a channel that is south of
Westminister Way and east of Coppell Road (see attached PDF). I need a metes and bounds
description with an exhibit so we can prepare the legal documents to take over the concrete part
of the channel.
You can email me an agreement for services and I will get it signed and returned to you.

Pursuant to y our re and our review of the project site, we hereb submit
our proposal to provide surve services. Our understandin of the desired scope of
services is, as follows:
Surve and locate propert corners and the as-built features of the draina
structure within the above referenced site (Draina Easement and create a le
description and exhibit of the area now owned b the Homeowner's Association, for
transfer to the Cit of Coppell.
The fore will be accomplished within 20 da of y our order to proceed for
a fee of $1,500.00.
