Attached are the corrected copies, and the invoice. I have mailed hard copies to you. I changed the legal
description to call for the edges of the rock lining, so that the city staff will know that is the limits of the
ownership on the ground.

The city has worked with the HOA on taking over the concrete portion of a channel that is south
of Westminister Way and east of Coppell Road (see attached PDF). I need a metes and bounds
description with an exhibit so we can prepare the legal documents to take over the concrete part
of the channel.
You can email me an agreement for services and I will get it signed and returned to you.
