An anonymous neighbor called to report that the new owners at this address built a massive wooden
fort/playground in the floodplain easement of their lot. He was concerned that high water would carry
it downstream, and also said all the other owners near this know not to build back there. He thought
they probably had no idea, as they have not lived there very long.
