Once we accept the findings of the study, there will need to be a Floodplain Development Permit"
completed. At this time, only one copy needs to be submitted. Based on the complexity of the report,
there may be no fee required for review. If I need to seek outside expertise, then there will be a fee
based on the cost of the outside consultant.

Ken,
We have the report ready to submit for your review. Based on the model, this site is located in an area of
ineffective flow and as a result, the proposed fences do not create an increase in the 100-year WSE.
1.
Is there an application that needs to be submitted with this report?
2.
Is there a review fee that needs to be submitted?
3.
How many copies of the report do you need?
Please identify any additional information that you will need.
Thanks
Steven R. Homeyer, P.E.
