Thanks for the reply. I'm ok with the fence encroaching into the floodplain. Things still needed: 1)
Floodplain Development Permit; 2) Building permit for the fence. Also, only decorative metal fence
will be allowed in the floodplain area. The Development Permit is issued by my office and is needed
before the building permit can be obtained from Building Inspections.

Attached are the full cross section plots with everything marked. The one marked CSnofence is the model
showing the FEMA section without the fence and the one marked CSfence is the FEMA section with the fence. I
have the AutoCadd file for these if needed. I also sent the HECRAS model on disk so they could be plotted
directly.
Hope this clears up all the questions.
