thank you very much for your help in this process. I am ready to stop by your offices to obtain the
required FloodPlain Development Permit and before I do that I would appreciate if you could direct me
to the right person that, possibly, is already up to date on this specific matter.
Should I make an appointment or a walk in is acceptable?

Thanks for the reply. I'm ok with the fence encroaching into the floodplain. Things still needed: 1)
Floodplain Development Permit; 2) Building permit for the fence. Also, only decorative metal fence
will be allowed in the floodplain area. The Development Permit is issued by my office and is needed
before the building permit can be obtained from Building Inspections.
