Per your phone conversation with Alex Bennett today, please find attached our opinion of probable cost
associated with the construction of the proposed frontage road and relocated on-ramp, just west of Beltline Road
at 635. I am also attaching a copy of the City of Coppell’s Ordinance which places proposed Lesley Drive on the
City’s Thoroughfare Plan.
It is my understanding this is all the information you’re requesting at this time. Please let me know if this is not the
case.

AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDWANCES BY AMENDING ARTICLE
15-9., COPPEEL THOROUGHFARE PLAN, BY AMENDING THF a ]EXHIBIT
THERETO TO ADD THE ROADWAY CIASSIFICATION OF THE
PROPOSED LESLEY DRIVE FROM ITS POINT OF INTERSECTION
WITH` I.H. 635 NORTHWARD TO ITS POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH
DIVIDEND DR1NT... AS DEPICTED ON EXHIBIT "A" WHICH IS
ATTACHED HERIETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN, TO C2U
CLASSIFICATION.- PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE PROVIODING,
A SEVERABELITY CLAUSE; PROV11DING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Cit Couric adopted Ordinance 90489,1 codified as Article 15-9 of the
Code of Ordinances, which provides, for the adoption and maintenance -of the Coppell Thorou
Plan as a separate Code, and
WHEREAS, the it desires to arend the Thorou Plan to provide a roadwa
classification of the proposed, Lesle Drive, in its entiret to C2U class ation, and
WHE'REAS, the Cit Council is of the opinion that the Thorou Plan should be
amend ed to add the roadwa classification of Lesle Drive, as depicted in Exhibit i[X77 to C21
classifi cation

SECTION 1. That Article 15-9 of the Coppell Code of 0rdinances, be, and the earns ,

classification of the proposed Legle Drive, from "its poirit, of intersection with I.H. 635 Northward
to its point of intersection wah Div Idend Dn'Ve, as depicted on Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein, to C2 classification-
SECTION 2. That all provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the Cit of Copp 1 1, Texm,
in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be, and the same are hereb repeal ed.., and all. other
provisions not in conflict with the provisions of tbl's ordinance shall remain in full force and effcct.
