I did a review letter today. The plans generally look good, however I still have a question about
the 'n' value used for the partially concrete lined channels and if they have adequate capacity.
This does not affect the utility information, so you could go ahead and schedule your pre-con as
long if everything else is taken care of, ie, fees, inspection fees, any permitting (not counting the
state, but that does need to be addressed soon so water can be discharged), etc.

Just wanted to touch base with you and see how the final review of the plans was progressing.
We are about to wrap up the dirt work and our utility contractor is chomping at the bit to get
started. The sooner we can schedule a precon with Larry the better.
