Ken,
Thank you for giving me the breakdown of fees earlier today. In my conversation with the guys from Duke, their office
development is now going to be 700,000 sq. ft. Jim wants to know an estimate of what their new roadway impact fees will
be to see if we need to adjust their cap on fee waivers. When you get a chance, do you mind recalculating those for me?
