Ken,
Please review the attached plan. The manhole we originally planned to tie -in is an inspection port, not a
manhole. After an onsite meeting this morning with the subcontractor, Larry and a PK representative,
the attached is our proposed resolution. In order to avoid underground electric, fiber, storm drain and an existing
power pole, we need to reroute per the attached plan. Our construction is at a standstill until we have resolution
to this, so your attention is greatly appreciated.
