I spoke with Alex Bennett and told him that the early grading permit from 11/2006 is still applicable to
grading on the site. Mr. Bennett stated that the contractor wanted to start water injection this week. I
told him I was ok with that, but get with the inspector on the job and let him know.

We submitted our early grading permit application for the Point West VII Industrial Building located in
Coppell. If possible, we are scheduling to start as early as Thursday of this week. Could you please
tell me where we stand in the application process.
