Re: MacArthur Boulevard Utility Plans Affecting
'~ ~k'~-~-~t~6~- Coppell, Texas
Dear Phil:
Upon review of the City's and Coppell Municipal Utility I¥~1
District's (C.M.U.D.) comments to our proposed construction
plans, I am requesting that you include the sanitary sewer
crossing located at the northmost entrance into the subdivision,
Glen Lakes Drive per Mr. Glen Hinckley of Univest Properties,
Inc. previous agreement.
Although we are aware of the proposed main along the east side
of MacArthur Boulevard, which potentially could serve the 1.3
acre triangular tract that Mr. Hinckley owns, he feel that
because of previous agreements concerning the right-of-way for
MacArthur Boulevard, the crossing should be installed.
I am near the end of the review process and, I am currently
preparing the C.M.U.D. Specifications and Quantities. Please
discuss this issue with Mr. Tom Tanner of Lomas and Nettleton
Realty, Inc. and let me know of the outcome.
On behalf of Mr. Hinckley, I would appreciate your cooperation
with this matter.
Thank you.
Very truly yours,
William A. Anderson, P. E.
