The agreements were sent to the developer's engineer for review prior to me taken the agreements to
our Council for approval. If I hear from the engineer by Wednesday of this week, I can take the
agreements to the 5/8/07 Council meeting for approval. If not, then I will take them to the 5/22/07
meeting for Council approval.

Northwest Area Office of Texas Department of Transportation has sent you 2 copies of the funding
agreement for the above project on 03-12-07. Would you give us the status of this contract?
