Received the package yesterday- I'll be over in your office tomorrow at 10AM to discuss the traffic
signal street signs at Lesley. If you're going to be around, we can discuss the funding at that time.

TxDOT has sent over the approved Advance Funding Agreement for the widening of the
westbound frontage road and the relocation of the westbound entrance ramp. It looks like
$16,007 for the PS&E is due by mid October. It appears that the state is expecting the check to
come from the City. I'm mailing you a hard copy. Once you receive it, I guess we need to
discuss how payments will be handled.
