Ken-
Per our conversation this afternoon, please release 90% of the original $2,992,295.80 bill ($2,693,066.22).
Duke will bill the final 10% ($299,229.58) as retainage once we get final acceptance from the City on the
infrastructure work.
Thanks and let me know if this is an acceptable option.
