Thanks Ken - we have enough answers to get an audience with them in Jan - we'll deal with the sewer
issue once you get answers back from F&N and have a better idea of their operations.

Alex
We have concerns about the ability of our sewer system to handle the 500,000 gallons a day of
flow back into the system. We have retained Freese & Nichols to evaluate our water and sewer
system in this area, however, it could be February before we have the completed report. Until
we have that report, we cannot guarantee that we can handle the sewer flow.

Keith-
Following up again on our discussion of the sewer capacity at Point West - any assistance would
be appreciated. We need to respond to the RFP by the end of the week and this is the last
outstanding issue.
Thanks-
