Lesley Retail Addn-CS080326 Page 1 of 2 Ken Griffin - Re: Dividend Road extension to the east approx 600' From:Ken Griffin     To:Todd Jones     Date:3/26/2008 9:20 AM     Subject:Re: Dividend Road extension to the east approx 600'     CC:Clay Phillips       Todd   The cost that the city pays for road construction is sometimes quite different in price from what a developer can negotiate.  The city has also noticed lately that the price of projects are escalating in price at a rapid pace.  The per foot prices below are typical of what the city would pay today in a competitive bid process.    If Dividend Drive is extended as a 4 lane divided boulevard section, then it should cost in the range of $650-$700 per foot.  If it is extended as a 41 foot wide 4 lane undivided section (similar to Wrangler and Airline) then it should cost in the range of $500-$550 per foot.   Hope this is helpful.   Ken Griffin >>> Todd Jones <tjones@republicproperty.com> 3/24/2008 9:51 AM >>> Ken I have attached an aerial of the 28 acres the Lesley family still owns.
