Apparently Bill Hale is weighing in on our behalf and does not think it will be a problem. We will need to develop an exhibit
that shows the continuation of the "new service road" westward to Freeport, even though it will most likely never be built
due to previous development.

This is similar to the verbal response I previously received from Maurice Pittman with TxDOT. While it may still be approved,
verbally I was told that the chances are remote.

I was out of the office till this morning. We have to delay this project
since FHWA is not approving the schematic yet. Our office is till
coordinating with them on another project hopefully that would
help to get this one go.
I shall let you know as soon as we receive further information.

TxDOT does need the city of Coppell's Ordinance stating the street's name change.
Would you please put in your council meeting's agenda as soon as you can?
FHWA requestes all documents to be submitted.
