Morning Keith,
We are stilling working with FHA on this project. There needs to have
another schematic drawn that would connect to this one, before she (Maria Burke)
can further into this project. Another designer in our office is still working on the
other part of schematic.
I shall let you know if there's any new changes/update.

Keith,
I was out of the office till this morning. We have to delay this project
since FHA is not approving the schematic yet. Our office is till
coordinating with them on another project hopefully that would
help to get this one go.
I shall let you know as soon as we receive further information.

TxDOT does need the city of Coppell's Ordinance stating the street's name change.
Would you please put in your council meeting's agenda as soon as you can?
FHWA requestes all documents to be submitted.
