Sorry it took me time to respond.
Our consultant mentioned relocating the hammerhead drive further south and expanding it to form a drive with an entrance
and exit onto Heartz.
Staff discussion included... Tim wants to expand the width to 32' to allow for parking on the outside radius of the u -
shaped lane/triangular shaped lane.

Was there any discussion of building a cul-de-sac where the hammerhead is now and using it for bus traffic? Also would Tim
approve it for the bus drop off?
As suspected, there is little if any impact on city streets. It seems any impacts are limited to onsite traffic flow.
