What it should take vs. What I think it will take is two different things. I told him 6-9 months to make sure
it would be done within the time frame I gave him.
Realistically with new water and sewer, it should be done in less than 6 months.

They are saying we told them Heartz will take 6-9 months. Heartz by itself should take only 2-3 months.
Any utility work should be done without reducing the two way traffic.
What's your thoughts on how long the street should take?
