I would like to invite you, Ms.Obregon and any appropriate staff members to a meeting with
Tim Oates, Fire Marshal, Ken Griffin, Director of Engineering/Public Works and me on July 23
@ 9:00 a.m. to discuss your on-site circulation plan, especially for the first week or two of the
school's operation. The status of bus loop construction and replat could also be discussed
at that time.
Please let me know if this meeting time and date will work for you and your staff.
