Manara-CS090708 (3) VIA EMAIL MEMORANDUM TO: Directors FROM: Clay Phillips, City Manager DATE: July 8, 2009 REF: Tidbits 2.We received notice today that Manara has asked to postpone the ordinance consideration until July 28 due to the lack of a full Council. Their representative is aware of the fact that it is possible that we could also be down one Council member on July 28. We will honor this request in the same manner we have always done. As such, the item will not be on the Regular Agenda, but we will leave it on the Executive Session Agenda for any legal updates and consultation that might be needed. 3.Attached you will find 2 documents related to the Manara case. One document is a list of conditions that the neighborhood would like to see added to the ordinance, some of which are items that Manara mentioned they would be willing to do. Mr. Hager has advised that the addition of conditions would not be problematic as long as the applicant agreed. The other document is from Christ Our Savior outlining some information they believe has been miscommunicated regarding the previous operations of the school as it relates to the information contained in the “Top 10” flyer distributed by the neighborhood.
