I already have a Directed Patrol and two CR2 contacts about that same thing. One will be assigned. There is an issue we
can't address that I think the dropper offers are doing. Only one side of the street is marked "No parking, stopping,
standing." If they are stopping on the other side to let kids out...

Have someone work this street behind Manara for severa days in reference to kids being dropped off where they are not
supposed to,speeding, etc.....
