I do not know if any of you were blind-copied on this, or the original e-mail from Manara inviting the
neighbors to a meeting/open house..apparently the neighbors (Wes) did not respond to the first
request..

Timing is good here. We have a neighborhood meeting this weekend and will ask the
association what time works best for the majority.

Mr. Mays,
We hope that the new school year is finding you and your residents well. As you know,
Manara Academy has opened their doors to our students and we are very excited to report
that everything is going very well and the parents and students are adjusting very well.
We would like to invite you, the HOA members of Westbury Manor and the residents of
Heartz Road, to a Neighborhood Meet and Greet. This will allow us the opportunity to
introduce ourselves as neighbors and answer any questions that you might have. We
would also like to keep you updated on the progress of the school. With your help, we
want to encourage the friendship that exists amongst neighbors.
We are proposing to schedule a meeting the week of September 21st or 28th. We are open
to your suggestions on dates and times that would work best for you. We will not be
available on September 22nd, 23rd, 29th or 30th. If you prefer a weekend, please let us
know as well. Please let me know at your earliest convenience a couple of date options
along with times that would work for you.
I have sent this message to yourself, Mr. Powell and Mr. Husain because I do have their
email addresses. If you could please help in providing the emails for the neighbors or
forwarding this message along, it would be greatly appreciated. I have spoken personally
with a couple of the neighbors letting them know about this impending meet and greet.
