Dingman, President St. Joseph Village 180 Samuel Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: St. Joseph Development Agreement Dear Joe: Enclosed is a copy of the revised Development Agreement for the St. Joseph project. I have inserted the new estimates provided by Centex. Until you forwarded those to us on Tuesday, our staff had never seen the final estimates. We were very concerned regarding the force main estimate, which was 41% over our preliminary estimates. In order to move forward, I would suggest that this number be reduced to a total not to exceed $474,742.00 and that Exhibit D be revised to reflect this change. In order not to delay the project any longer, I suggest that once you have reviewed the Agreement we move forward with closing next Friday, December 7 if your schedule will allow. I have taken the liberty of underlining the changes in the Agreement that I have made from the previous Agreement that was forwarded to my office. I will be in Houston until late Friday afternoon, but will be checking my messages at least once a day. If there is a need to get together early next week, please advise and I will juggle my schedule to accommodate you. Thanks for all your help and patience on this.
