We have rescheduled the meeting w/Manara to discuss strategies and issues for their
submission to permit them to remain at their current location for next school year for Friday,
October 23rd @ 8:00 a.m.
I have shared staff's recommendation that they do no resubmit until after the 1st of the year,
but they also have timing issues which they would like to discuss with us.
Please let me know if you will be in attendance at this meeting.

As we discussed on the phone, it is recommended that the rezoning process not be
initiated until January for P &Z Public Hearing in February and Council in March. That
being said, coupled with your scheduling conflicts as described below, we will NOT have
the meeting on October 15th.
We can tentatively reschedule the meeting for Friday, October 23rd @ 8:00.
Please let me know if that works for your group.

I would like a representation from the school administration for the initial meeting and looks
like both of them will be out (training) on the day you had picked. Below are some suggested
times. I prefer any days other than Tuesday (MBA school).

Both Gloria and I are in training that day. Here are some days and times that work for me:
Tuesday (6th) or Thursday (8th) anytime before 3pm
Monday (12th or 26th) or Friday (23rd or 30th) anytime
I hope one of these days works because they are the only days this month I DO NOT have
trainings or meetings.

I just had a discussion with Marcie Diamond with the City of Coppell Planning department
regarding our SUP process for next year. Based on our discussion, i have setup an initial
discussion with other city officials before our next board meeting to give us some
perspective on the Facility proposals that would be infront of the board.
I would like to have another board member & a member from the administration (preferably
Amaris) to go for this meeting. The time & date for the meeting was randomly picked. It
could be changed if it is impossible for either the administration or one of you have a
conflict.

I just spoke to Sadak Shaik of Manara Academy, and he requested a meeting to
receive guidance to assist him in the preparation of a SUP request to allow them to
continue operations for the next school year. He would like to have an
understanding of what to expect this time around. Optimally, he would like to be
through the public hearing process by the end of January, and no later than the
end of February. The target submittal date is November 16th.
I have tentatively set up a meeting for October 15th at 8:00 a.m. Please let me your
availability to attend this meeting, if desired.
