I am anticipating that Manara will be submitting their application for the "new" SUP on Monday
morning (P&Z 1/21, CC 2/09). I would like a clear understanding of what we can require/regulate..
Can we impose/accept/require a 4 year time limit, because at this point, their charter is for 4
years?
Limit # of students to what is in their charter?
I assume they only need to resubmit the site plan and floor plan with updated information, as
appropriate (no changes to the elevations)
There have not been any significant traffic issues, so I also assume the TIA is good, in that it did
anticipate full enrollment and no revisions are required.
