Parcel 1 — Sidewalk Easement
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Chu:
The City of Coppell is in the process of finalizing the design for the reconstruction of
Coppell Road from Sandy Lake Road to Cooper Lane. This project will consist of
removing the current asphalt roadway, and constructing a 34' wide concrete street with
improved drainage. The project will include an 8' wide hike and bike trail along the west
side of the street and a 4' concrete sidewalk along the east side of the street.
In order to construct approved ADA accessible curb ramps at the intersections along this
project the city is approaching the adjacent property owners and requestin g dedication of
a sidewalk easement across the corner of those lots where the ramp ould extend beyond

Parcel 1 is a 10' x 10' corner clip located at the southwest corner of our lot at

y g a set amount of $500.00 for this corner clip. This is
the standard amount that was established for the acquisition of corner clips cps on the
recently constructed portion of Sandy Lake Road.
This letter constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell for the acquisiti pP q ion of right -of-
way as follows:

Construction is scheduled to start in the 1 st uarter of 2008 and the

the easement as soon as possible. If the above offer is acceptable,

can start. Enclosed are the right -of -way documents and an exhibit as described above.
