We would also prefer the weekend of 9/17 to 9/19/04 ,and have contacted
Gibson & Associates advising them of this date preference.I have called
Trac- Works, and their representative is off until Monday (8/30), I left
a message for him to contact me, in reference to these dates.
Second issue, Rail crossing work- It is our belief ( thru
conversations with contractor) that Trac-Works will be working around
the clock , and plan to have all work completed within detour time
limits.I will have a more accurate time schedule in reference to
mobilization etc.., when I make contact with their representative.
I will contact you Monday (8/30), when I have better time table
information,to assist your preperations for your press release and web
page.
