We have purchased a Maintenance Bond for Utility work and for the Pavement work, we are issuing a
letter of credit to the City for 2 years. Our bank has prepared the letter as I attached. Please review and
let us know if the language in the letter is acceptable to the City. Please let me know in your earliest
convenience.
