Mike & Larry have both seen it, now it must be approved by our Finance
Director. I'll make sure it gets to her as soon as possible for review.
I noticed that there are a couple of typos in the document that need to be
cleaned up, and also the name and address of the construction project must
be filled in to be acceptable. We'll let you know as soon as it has been
OK'd by Finance then you can resubmit the final document. Sorry, everything
has been slowed down a bit by the holidays.

Mohammed, Mike is out of the office until tomorrow. I will advise him that
our Finance Director must give approval for the LC prior to it being issued,
and you and he will agree on a date for issuance if it is OK'd. Let us know
if you have any other questions.

We have purchased a Maintenance Bond for Utility work and for the Pavement
work, we are issuing a letter of credit to the City for 2 years. Our bank
has prepared the letter as I attached. Please review and let us know if the
language in the letter is acceptable to the City. Please let me know in your
earliest convenience.
