Dick,
The engineering department is only lacking the maintenance bonds/Letter of Credit approval from the Director
of Engineering along with As-builts. We have received the letter of credit for the pavement but have yet to
receive the letter of credit for the utilities. The engineering punchlist is complete. Please be advised that the
buildings inspection department may still have outstanding items to be completed prior to issuing a CofO.
