Consider your permit approved. Have the contractor notify Rick O'Dell prior to closing the road so he can

Attached is our ROW permit application. James Scarber with Future
Telecom will be the primary point of contact relative to the
construction activities.
I was able to push the paper work through from the AT&T side so
collectively we should be good to go next week.
