On the first working day of the month, submit updated progress payment statement to Steve Yctts
for verification.
Steve Yetts will verify completed quantifies by the fourth working day and submit revisions to the
Contractor.
Submit progress payment statement, progress photographs, and progress chart to thc Engineer by the
lOth calendar days of the month. Engineer will not begin processing until all items are received.
Payment will be made within 30 days of approval of progress payment statement, except as provided
in Section 00800 and Section 01150 of the Specifications.
