It is my understanding O'Brien is done with their part of this. Any word on this with regards to submittals? My
next question is, what is the process for this, i.e. next steps once a flood study is complete?

Not sure what information you are looking for. Nothing has been submitted to the city in regards to a
flood study that would allow work within the floodplain. I do understand that there may be a consultant
preparing a flood study, but nothing has been submitted to the city.

Good Morning:
Mari Bailey has moved back to MN and I have inherited this project. It is my understanding that the
zoning portion is done and now we are waiting on floodplain reclamation information. Can somebody
help me fill in the blanks on the status of this project? I've read some of the background docs and
understand this stemmed from a neighbor dispute over a wall built in the floodplain. Other than that,
I'm lost.
