David: The only thing I've received is a copy of the subpoena that I showed you earlier. I don't think I'll be
giving a deposition because of the "hostile witness" program I've subscribe to regarding Pletta!

I was personally handed the subpoena yesterday afternoon. I have a regular 8 to 10 am meeting every
Tuesday morning. Therefore, I'm available on Tuesday 12/8/2009 from 10:30 am until about 5:30 pm.
