Tom Tanner of Lomas and Nettleton telephoned and advised
that Vista Ridge will agree to pay for the right-of-way from
Univest if it becomes necessary to obtain it through eminent
domain powers. We would then assess the property owners and
reimburse L&N for all or part of their cost.
