Subject: Sidewalk - Alexander Court
I received a call from the Landscape Architect about width and placement of the sidewalk along Denton
Tap.. she said something about 7 ft. wide sidewalk w/in the 15' Landscape buffer.. don't we normally
require 5 feet wide w/in the R.O.W. and/or easement? Am I missing something?
