Right-of-Way Dedication Plat
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We are submitting for your consideration two copies of the
proposed preliminary plat for the right-of-way alignment of the
northward extension of MacArthur Boulevard from its present
terminus at DeForest Road through the newly annexed territory in
the Vista Ridge Development. We have been asked by the City
Council to place this item on the next Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting agenda for consideration of incorporation
into the City of Coppell's Master Thoroughfare Plan. If the
right-of-way alignment is approved by the Planning and ZOning
Commission and City Council, the City will begin negotiations
for the right-of-way and will have the tracts formally platted.
Please consider this submittal as our application, on behalf of
the City of Coppell, to have this item placed on the agenda for
the January 15, 1987 meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission. We also ask that the property owners be formally
notified of the meeting.
For your convenience, I am also enclosing some copies of
previous correspondence concerning this item, which should help
to clear up any questions you may have.
