SUBJECT: Extension of MacArthur Boulevard -
north of DeForest Road.
Dear Mr. Ginn:
We have been requested to start preparing for the extension of MacArthur
Boulevard from DeForest Road to Denton Creek.
It is my understanding that the City of Coppell will obtain the
right-of-way and the City of Lewtsville will provide for the paving and
drainage, including the bridge across Denton Creek.
It is also my understanding that preliminary discussions about the
right-of-way have transpired between the City of Coppell and Mr. Johnny
Thompson.
Please proceed with the preparation of the preliminary and the final
plats.
