Dear Mr. Wouters:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
This document has been revised to reflect the size and number of water meters shown in the final
engineering documents dated 8/5/2009.
The fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by separate
check at the Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees
are paid.
Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful project. We look forward to
