Thank you for sending the letter concerning right of way acquisition on the referenced lot. I will personally
visit the site to look at the fence, trees, utilities, etc. this week. Once I have had a chance to review the
letter and the physical features of the land I would like to meet with you andlor your client to work out the
details of an agreement. In the mean time, could you provide some documentation of the original
purchase price for verification purposes?
