Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have received your letter of August 26, 1996 regarding the proposed relocation of the
sewer line that currently crosses the North Lake Nursery property. As we have told you oo
previous occasions, we are prepared to complete the design drawings necessary for tl~
sewer line relocation under the rail linc and into the neighborhood sewer at no additional
cost to the City. In addition to providing these services, the $5,709.00 HDR committed
toward the previous revision remains available toward an alternate routing construction.
