to the west, apparently there is an on -going boundary dispute.

We represent Mr. Philip A. Berkebile, Jr., who is the adjoining landowner to the west of
the above referenced tract of land. We have received a copy of the above described Final Plat
that was stamped Received by (lie Planning Department on Dec-ember 19, 2007 and have the
following comments.
We have previously advised Miramar Development regarding out client's dispute
concerning the boundary line.
We have suggested that a boundary line agreement will be needed to resolve the
boundary line dispute and do not agree to Miramar plating a portion of our client's property.
Attached as Exhibit "A", is a drawing of the above described area in dispute.
