RE: Grapevine III Sanitary Sewer Project (SS 94-02A)
Dear Sir:
The City of Coppell has completed a walk through on the referenced project. Listed below for
your review and action are items that must be addressed prior to fInal acceptance of this work.
1. Sta. 41 +98, grout manhole ring, replace bolts and gasket.
2. Adjust meter cans and replace if damaged at Northlake Creative Center and
Reliable Pool Supply.
3. Adjust chimney seal at Sta. 12+96. Manhole may need adjusting.
4. Clean existing manhole in concrete channel, plug line to the west and place lid on
manhole.
5. Replace damaged traffIc box at Airline Drive.
6. Grade and seed areas at T. V. easement, Bethel Road, and between railroad and
storage.
7. Level and sod south of Mobil and north of Chevron.
8. Provide letters from Baptist Church, TV Electric, Bank One and Chevron showing
their acceptance with cleanup.
9. Submit all documents required by the contract.
