do you have an exhibit indicating this?
Would the attached "draft" final plat be correct if the owner of the 0.725 ac tract be changed to Berkebile with
updated filing information? Do you know what the diagonal solid line within that 0.725 tract (projected
extension of the common lot line between lots 9 and 10) signifies?

I just spoke to Walt Leonard and he didn't have any insight into the Berkebile border dispute;
he said that was an issue that Mr. Hawkins resolved himself. Walt thinks, but is not sure, that some
deal was reached where the Berkebiles gave Mr. Hawkins the "bulge" area, and that Mira Mar retained
the .725 acres in the lower corner. I also let Walt know that P&Z would be contacting Sempco to
work out the other minor details on the lot 9/10 dividing line; the conflicting graphic note and Note
#3 regarding the abandonment of the sewer easement, and the need to review page 2.
Walt also said he expects the LOMR tomorrow; apparently Mr. Hawkins has some contact with U.S.
Representative Marchant's office that he is using to push through the FEMA application and get info
on the issuance dates.
