If the fee waiver is routine, or regularly granted to other developers who have been granted extensions, I’d
recommend extending it to Mira Mar, as they would be entitled to discovery what the City has done in similar
circumstances, and avoiding the appearance of taking punitive actions would be important to the trial strategy.

Quick question - i am going to respond to Hawkins surveyor as to the revisions needed on the final plat i
received yesterday, reiterating that the filing deadline is next Monday for April 17th P&Z .. At one point we
talked (internally?) about waiving the filing fee ($1,080.00) for this submission. Are we still going to waive this
fee?
